RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• RETURNS
  In the case of damaged goods contact us. It is important to know if there is any package damage or whether the product is defective. In the case of damaged packaging you may be required to hold on to the package for 10days. In the case of defective merchandise a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) number will be issued. Place this number on the outside of the box and a note inside stating the problem.
  NO RETURNS WILL BE EXCEPTED WITHOUT AN  RMA NUMBER.

• REFUNDS
  At On Mark's option we will replace, repair or credit for the item. Return shipping is the customers responsibility,
  On Mark will pay shipping to customer on replacement items. Returned items for other reasons may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus reimbursement to OMI for any free shipping.
