RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
Requests for returns must be made within 10 days, and returns made within 15 days are returns may be refused.In the case of damaged goods contact us. It is important to know if there is any package damage or whether the product is defective. In the case of damaged packaging you may be required to hold on to the packaging for 10 days. In the case of defective merchandise a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) number will be issued. Place this number on the outside of the box and a note inside stating the problem.
NO RETURNS WILL BE EXCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.

REFUNDS
At On Mark's option we will replace, repair or credit for the item. Return shipping is the customers responsibility,
On Mark will pay shipping to customer where it is our fault on replacement items. Returned items for other reasons may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus reimbursement to OMI for any free shipping. Items to be returned held longer than 15 days by customer are subject to a 15% restocking charge and return may be refused. Applies to orders of $50 or more shipped at the same time. Orders involving Pre-order items to reach $50. we will hold in stock items until $50 worth is available to ship together. In the event the Pre-order is more than two weeks away we may charge the in stock items to hold them.
